Users were unsure whether the "Candidate Profiles" section displayed all applicants or only those recommended by the AI. This confusion made it difficult to distinguish between actively searching for candidates and reviewing tailored suggestions. A clearer separation between these sections is needed to improve usability.

Employers expressed a desire for more detailed profiles that included company culture insights, team dynamics, and project examples, helping candidates get a clearer understanding of the work environment.
